How to install Kmax:

Requesting Product Support.

Technical support is available to all registered users of SPARROW products. The fastest and most convenient way to contact our technical support department is to send a support request via email to: support@sparrowcorp.com.

When contacting SPARROW Technical Support by email or phone, please include (or have available) the following information:

  1. Your name

  2. Organization name

  3. Phone number

  4. email address

  5. Complete version number of your software

  6. Computer Type and Configuration

  7. OS Version:

  8. List of all external devices connected to your computer(include manufacturer and model number)

  9. Problem description

Providing us with this information, will greatly reduce the amount of time required to research and respond to your inquiry. You can get much of this information by copying the text from the Info tab of the Welcome to Kmax window.
